One of our most unique value-added services is our industry-leading proprietary software which provides instant access to vital information via its web-based portal – mySMARTS. Through mySMARTS, customers can schedule deliveries and pickups of equipment, view information such as a list of current rental items and rental history, service reports for current rentals, PM due reports, online invoices and more.

RFID Find Feature:

Another industry-leading offering is our ability to find any piece of equipment in our fleet through the latest in passive RFID technology. The RFID Find Feature relieves hospitals of the costly burden of replacing lost equipment. Rental customers can quickly locate equipment from our fleet that may be missing, on recall, or in need of preventative maintenance, saving valuable staff hours.   • Online Ordering – One of the first in the industry to allow customers to order equipment and request pick-ups online through the mySMARTS Customer Portal.
  • mySMARTS Customer Portal – mySMARTS is an online, password-protected web application that is available to all US Med-Equip rental customers. This online portal offers customers critical equipment management reports such as equipment on rent, pick-up reports, preventative maintenance (PM) due reports, invoices and more. Learn more here.
