This approach considers the application of a system of processes throughout our organization, as well as the identification and interaction of these processes, and their management.  This management system is consistent with the requirements specified by ISO 9001:2008, as applies to the products and services provided by our organization.  All employees are responsible for ensuring the quality of their work and for operating in conformance with the requirements of this Quality Management System.

We realize that “we serve a patient in need”, therefore our equipment goes through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection and is delivered with a detailed service report.  We meet or exceed all manufacture specifications when performing the pre-delivery inspection.  All equipment service reports are available online 24 hours a day.


We assure the best quality of our products and services. The following are some of the attributes you can expect:

  • All equipment is delivered clean and in “Patient-ready” condition
  • If renting, all maintenance is the responsibility of US Med-Equip during the entire rental term (This excludes customer abuse and service not authorized by US Med-Equip)
  • All purchased equipment comes with 1-year full service warranty.
  • Service records are available for easy download from the customer portal website.
